Back by popular demand, Rabbi Uri will lead our pre-Bnei Mitzvah students (grades 5-6) in a multi week learning program on the mission and purpose of Tzedakah, with the goal of creating a junior philanthropy organization of their own. This program is also designed to help our young minds consider chessed opportunities as they prepare for their Bnei Mitzvah.
I will meet with the children for the first time on Motzei Shabbat, January 6, from 6:00-7:30PM (just after Havdalah at shul). This is a drop-off program. (I will be in touch to schedule subsequent sessions based on interest and participation. For perspective, the last group met over 7 weekly sessions.)
